I have been married for 3 years, but together with my wife for 10 - no kids. I honestly would say that I am the limiting factor more than she is. She would put out every day if I wasn't so dog-tired after work.
One thing I will say that really can help spice up your sex life is find some kind of common fetish. We didn't do it much for a while, but then at the Green Day - American Idiot musical, we did it in the bathroom. Now doing it in public places is our thing. Any time we go somewhere, the goal is to try and find a place to do it.
