You can get it by going to the gym... the physical part is now out of the way. Women love guys who are in shape, at the very least. This should be priority number one for anyone, as it means you speak to women without actually saying a word to them.

When you're out, go with your bros. No chick likes a creepy dude trying to score by himself. But don't go out with more than 2-3 bros... chicks get turned off by big groups of guys.

Next, don't give too much attention to a chick when you first see them. When you lock eyes with her for the first time, give a little smile and then walk away and continue about your own business. That's it. You'll know her intentions by the way she reacts to that. This gives you the opportunity to talk to her later on in the evening.

The next step is rejection - accept it. Here's the scoop: just approach a woman and talk to her. Make her laugh. Just be yourself. it's the easiest and most natural way. If you get rejected, that's not a bad thing at all... it's her loss. Worst case scenario is that she doesn't talk to you again, and so what if that happens? You already weren't talking to her before. Rejection is completely overrated. Recognizing this means that your confidence is where it needs to be.

Lastly, make a woman laugh. Be funny. Show confidence and be funny, but do it within the limits of your own personality in order to avoid awkwardness. Tickling a woman's funny bone greatly increases the chances of them tickling your man bone later.

That's all there is to it.

By the way, don't buy a girl a drink or anything like that. If you're confident, you'll never have to spend money on a chick at a bar. Maybe later on the evening as a gesture of being nice... but that's it.

ADDED: Play guitar, or some instrument. It's a sick skill to have. Chicks hugely dig this.
All great advice, but I deducted points for use of the word 'bros'

I'm probably in the best shape I've been in since I was 20 and I definitely notice a major difference in the way I feel walking into a room. If you know you look good it's pretty hard to not be confident. It enables you to broadcast that confidence simply by being present, you don't need to do anything else.
