1. At one point where Marge is driving them to school, then inexplicably steps out of the car. While operating the gas and break pedals, Milhouse asks Lisa if she'll go to the dance. "This isn't a good time." Milhouse mutters, "It's never a good time."
2. In the Evita episode. Milhouse: "And to think I was going to ask you to the dance."
Lisa: I wouldv'e said yes.
Milhouse: We can still go!
Lisa: I don't feel like it now.
3. In the President Lisa episode:
Milhouse: We could call it a temporary refund adjustment.
Lisa: I love it!
Milhouse: Really? What else do you love, Lisa?
Lisa: Fiscal solvency.
Milhouse (dejected) Oh. Yeah, me too.
4. In the Lisa + Nelson episode. Kids taunt Lisa: Lisa likes Nelson!
Milhouse: No she doesn't!
kids taunt milhouse: Milhouse likes Lisa!
Janey: No he doesn't!
etc.
5. In the Lisa's Wedding episode. I don't remember the wording, but when Homer tells Milhouse that Lisa's getting married, he says, "Oh, my one true love." And then there's a flashback to Lisa and Milhouse in a car.
A sixth one is in the bible stories episode, when Milhouse asks her if she thinks they'll ever be more than just friends, while they're escaping from the pyramid.
