Isn't that basically what Parks & Rec is? I know it's not an official spin off, but could it be more like The Office? And isn't Mr. Swanson really just a manly butchy Dwight?

I don't think I like a single show on networks anymore though. It's all HBO and AMC for me. And Comedy Network.
