Heres a couple ok songs from Twin Atlantic. I always go easy on Scottish bands

Not bad though, although album was released last year. Another Scottish band that should release some good new material this year is Biffy Clyro.

I don't know about the 1970s but both of the above songs sound like they could have come out of the 90's. Still ok.

Also really looking forward to Japandroids and will purchase Bloom which is a great sounding album, although a slow burn. Need something out of the blue like a new Empire of the Sun album or something.
