Honestly as dumb as this sounds, a lot of people who are experiencing post-concussion syndrome, are really just experiencing cervicogenic headaches. The muscles/ligaments that attach to the back of the skull can flare/tense up and cause headaches during certain ranges of motion.

If the symptoms come on when you bend your neck in certain directions and don't include dizziness there's a chance it could just be your neck.

As REDVAN stated, go to your GP, get a referral to a specialist. If it is just the neck, they should be able to tell you pretty quickly. Then again, Crosby went undiagnosed for many months, despite suppossedly having some of the best doctors in the world.
