Would these enlightened Canadians living in Mexico only be satisfied if a foreigner/tourist had been arrested? Or was it supposed to take the police 7 months to find the guy? Find him any sooner and the automatic conclusion is that he is a scapegoat. The guy was a regular visitor at the hotel, lived in the area, was allegedly caught on video, , was seen by various withesses with the couple before the incident, and confessed to the crime- therefore, the conclusion must be that the husband did it.
