Maybe...
Players will still be motivated to gain in-game currency so selling in the main auction house will still be pursued.
That said, it will come down to how well Blizzard can control the third party "chinese farmers" who might buy stuff off the in-game AH and sell it on the real life AH.
Haven't really read too much about how the whole AH system works - honestly it's probably a feature I won't use too much.
