Yeah, Ontario has graduated licensing.

I don't see anything wrong with this since I've got mine.
 
 
Actually I got my class 6 mailed to me when they first came out because I had a registered motorcycle. When I got back into bikes after not riding for years I did take a motorcycle course for my own peace of mind though.
