So what if they had her login information for her personal email? Thats her personal email, neither her employer nor anyone else has the right to just login and check around without any form of permission.

Just because they stumbled onto the login information doesnt give them to right to check her email. And if her at work disposition was so terrible why do they need anything from her email to can her?
