I don't know, let's compare:

Quinn posted rather impressive numbers, finishing the season with 3,426 yards on 289 completions out of 467 attempts for a completion percentage of 61.9% and 7.34 yards-per-attempt. He threw 37 touchdowns to only 7 interceptions, and was sacked 31 times. Quinn finished the regular season with a passing efficiency rating of 146.65,[16] which ranked him 18th in the country.[17]

He also broke school records in total attempts, completions, yardage, and touchdowns (all which were previously held by incumbent Coach Mike Gundy). Mike Gundy is actually third in completions and total yards, behind Weeden in 2010, and Zac Robinson in 2009, both quarterbacks under his tenure at Oklahoma State. In 12 games, Weeden completed 379 of 522 passes for 4,328 yards. In the 2012 Fiesta Bowl, the last game of his college football career, Brandon Weeden threw for 399 yards, completed 29 of 42 passes, and had 4 touchdowns (3 passing, 1 rushing) along with one interception in a 41-38 win against the Stanford Cardinal in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.

His ginger hair matches the Browns helmet!
