Under actual law the only crime could be considered Hate Speech but under the HRC if you get your feelings hurt some how your rights are violated. Getting rid of the HRC and leaving it to the courts to apply the laws would eliminate these frivolous types of claims.

The Human Rights Code is law. It is legislation like any other legislation. I'm not sure what distinction you're drawing (except that complaints under the Code are first heard by an administrative tribunal [hardly unique].)
