See, that's what I felt about the Wildrose fiscal platform though. They made all these promises to fix health care, invest in education, but made no mention of how they were going to do that or pay for that. Then they went on to say they would lower taxes, give out dividends, etc. Where is all this money coming from? And what makes them think, with no experience, that they can do all that?
They were living in a dream world. It's nice to promise things and say you're going to be fiscally conservative and cut out waste and such, but they were low on specifics. Had they laid it out for me in black and white I woulda jumped all over that, but I took their whole platform right off their site.
Had they made it in and they had to keep their promises they could have very well been throwing money at various fires too. Cause the things they were promising were certainly going to cost.
