You could take a bus to Kipling Station from the airport but wow would that ever be a pain (you'd have to transfer trains, too).
My advice, rent a car and drive to Yorkdale. Take the train from there straight to Union.
If you are staying by the airport, take a quick trip over to California Sandwiches on Dixie Road in Mississauga. Veal, chicken, eggplant, meatball, sausage all amazing sandwiches (veal is the best).
