There is a nice simple version you can make with very little effort. All you need is:

500 ml sour cream
1 package taco seasoning. (The stuff you would use for beef when making tacos.)
1 jar of salsa
1 package of shredded cheese. (Assuming you are too lazy to grate it yourself.)

Stir the taco seasoning into the sour cream. Let it sit 5 minutes and then stir again. Letting it sit allows any of the dry stuff to get absorbed into the sour cream.

Use that mixture as your bottom layer. Second layer is the salsa. Top layer is the cheese.
