			Roasted red peppers, so easy as well:
 Buy eight red bell peppers.
 
 BBQ them until they are charred on all sides. Takes about 15 minutes.
 
 Peel black stuff off after letting them cool for a few minutes. Try not to lose the juices that spill everywhere. Try to keep the seeds, too. Throw black stuff away. Slice peppers into strips.
 
 Crush and chop about 8 cloves of garlic.
 
 Combine garlic, peppers, splash of olive oil (use good stuff or skip it) and a dash of salt.
 
 Serve with crackers or something.
 
 Easy.
