This was in the "Fare Rules":
NAME CHANGES ARE ONLY PERMITTED FOR A FEE WHEN ALL FLIGHT SEGMENTS WITHIN THE BOOKING ARE WESTJET OPERATED AND WESTJET MARKETED. NAME CHANGES ARE NO PERMITTED ON CODE SHARE OR INTERLINE BOOKINGS.
I would still need to confirm the lap infant won't screw things up; also, I'm assuming the fee is only $50 (the cost if you make any changes after 24 horus of purchase) but I would need to confirm that as well.
However, if anyone has any experience with this and can share please do so
