My god! What a bunch of idiots! Putting a $300M boondoggle in the middle of nowhere seemed a like a great idea at the time.

So the… the reason why we got involved in building an arena for a team… was to have an anchor for a commercial development… and we got the commercial development…or part of it… it didn’t go along as fast as … as everybody hoped…
