The first one that came out is this one. In other words 1.03 came out, then pretty much the next day they rolled it back to 1.02, which it was before the tuner and this one is the updated 1.03.
So the games when we first downloaded it when the game felt like hockey was the new one, then it got rolled back and everyone thought that it felt like NHL 11, and now this one is the new one. From what I've read and gathered that is the case. What it fixes or changes, I have no clue.
