I don't feel quite as bad about the quote after watching the video, but still, its certainly bad publicity.

From my interactions with him I certainly don't think Ron Leech is racist, so I don't think that was his intent.
However I do think it just reveals the overall level of certainty about being right and having the Truth(tm) that his denomination can foster (intentionally or not).
Because even if you replace Caucasian with Christian, it's just as bad since it says that his belief puts him in a position superior to other religions' belief.
I don't think he believes that maliciously or disrespectfully, he just thinks it's an honest truth.
