I can't believe you guys can't smell this flop from a mile away. Mind you, I almost hope you are quoting this post and laughing at me in 2 years because if someone finds a way to make that big of a change to gaming then we should see some pretty neat stuff once they combine it with some real graphics

That's just silly. Do you know what the new controller is supposed to do? Think of a mouse moving on a 3d plane. It's pretty much accepted in the gaming world that FPS are far superior on PC as compared to consoles because of far greater control with mouse and keyboard as oppsed to a pair of analog sticks. The Rev controller brings that control to the consoles. Ever wonder why Warcraft and Age of Empires type games are not done on consoles? Well, that's about to change too. Like golf? Why not swing the club, adding your own draws and fades with the angle that you move the club instead of pulling on a 1" stick back and forth. How would you like to go lightsaber to lightsaber with Darth Vader? Like to race? Turn it on it's side and it's an instant racing wheel. Flight games? Bank, dip and dive with a slight turn of your wrist. The possibilities of what developers could do with it are endless. You would rather have marginally better graphics over that? The PS3 and 360 are going to have graphics that are about PS2->xbox better than the Rev. It won't be much of an issue unless you are a serious video-phile that will accept absolutely nothing less and needs to see a reflection in an earing that your character has on. Not to mention Rev will do 720 (I believe but don't quote me) but not 1080.

Sorry for my constant ravings I'm just really excited about it. I've been a "hardcore" gamer for 15+ years and the possibilities of this controller almost make me giddy. I'm not saying it will, but the possibility is there to revolutionize videogames as we know them.
