I am going to go see this property later on today.
It may or may not be a awesome property for a first time home buyer / investment property. At such a low price, low condo fees, in a older building with (assuming) a healthy reserve fund, this property would be a positive cash flow scenario.
Ill have more info on the property after I see it (for all we know its a dump)
