This. I lost 15 lbs in one month. 25 total over 3 months. Essentially I replaced all high gi foods, like bread, pasta, etc with tons of spinach, peppers and broccoli. I kept eating protein. Actually I increased my protein intake. Now I'm eating more of a paleo diet.
