Serious question: how long do you have to work at a new job until you really know what you are doing? I don't mean like I'm a financial advisor today and I go across the road and be a financial advisor. I mean like I used to be a (
fill in the blank) and now I'm the head of the treasury board for the province or maybe the minister of advanced education.
That doesn't mean that no can possibly be replaced, its just that these are important positions and even more important with a smaller cabinet and government changes.
That might be just my opinion. You might be of the opinion that anyone can do this and its an easy job.
