I'm a (former) closet smoker. Really only been smoking for 4 years, but it has gotten to the point where I smoke whenever I'm alone, and sometimes avoid social situations to do so.
I know the Allan Carr book has been pushed a tonne and I was SUPER skeptical of it, thought it was a bunch of mumbo jumbo woo. I'd also consider myself a big skeptic in general (and of all things woo). But all he does is present a different (highly logical) view point on smoking. Its only 100 pages too.
just finishing off my last one, so just jumping into the frey. Realized as I am finishing it that I:
A) Have a huge headache
B) Have a shortness of breath
C) Rapid heart rate
But the logic of the book clicked instantly. Wish me luck!
