The tunnel out of the airport is the biggest scam going. The taxi takes a right leaving the airport rather than a left and it at least doubles the length of the trip, and newcomers to the city won't think twice about paying $25+ for the cab ride because in most cities that's at least what it costs to get from the airport to the heart of the city.
