You've proven servers wrong before, but has this changed how they or the places you go to eat service you? What is the goal of the blogs and the posts? What are you trying to accomplish? You have to have a goal at the end of the day. Do you feel you're closer to achieving that then you were over a decade ago?
Sometimes, sometimes not, it depends on the server.

It's common sense, proving people wrong is the love of blogs for me. When I see people that are lying to the pubic about that it's not the server's fault for most issues when it IS, it pisses me off that they lied or just too stupid to know any better.

It has changed some people's ways of thinking, others it hasn't. Such as on comments on surveys have talked about how I didn't want refills without being asked or me asking(I'd rather them ask than me asking them) and they did what I wanted by asking me instead of ordering for me.

Some people when I told them off, they didn't reply, because they knew they were in the wrong. If they felt they were right, they would have given me a piece of their mind.

I feel I have helped, because everyone wants nothing to go wrong if possible. I don't know ANYONE that would rather have bad service than good service.

My goal I guess is to get people to start thinking with common sense like whose fault something is for example if you get a wrong side dish, it cannot possibly by the kitchen staff's fault unless a member of the kitchen staff steps out of the kitchen to give you your food wrong when the order was put in correctly by the server that took the order. Some customers or even servers however, want to blame the kitchen staff. I cannot stand such common sense things being blamed on the wrong person. I don't get why are people so stupid to not truly think about WHO really is at fault for some of these obvious issues?
