“It isn’t their fault if your food came out with the wrong side”
YES IS ALWAYS IS UNLESS SOMEONE ELSE BROUGHT OUT THE FOOD, WHICH EVEN THEN, IF MY SERVER PUT IN THE ORDER WRONG, IT’S THEIR FAULT!! My husband and I have had a situation once where our waitress put in the order wrong. She put in ribs instead of a burger. My husband ordered a burger, not ribs, but another server brought out ribs. That wasn’t that other server’s fault, because she can only go by the ticket and the kitchen staff can only go by the ticket.

SERVERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERCHARGES OF ANY KIND
It seems today a lot of servers think they are NOT responsible for a menu price not matching the check price when it's check time in restaurants, which is NOT TRUE. The fact is, my server can take a menu and verify each price that is listed. A lot of restaurants do NOT list their soft drink or tea prices and a lot do not list their alcohol prices.

Edit: Actually, it looks like Springs1 doesn't understand how blogs work or just likes to start a new one for every rant. http://www.blogger.com/profile/16330862403978274454
And I don't think there are any Ruby Tuesday's in Canada, are there?
