Yes that may be a little high, however I'm not sure what type of furnace and ducting is in there currently. I've done some furnace replacements in the past where it was 5 hours to just get the furnace out of the furnace room. If its a straight in and out in a couple hours it's probably around $4000 - $5000. Would have to visually see the current set up before giving an accurate quote
