False, he had agreed to terms with SOME creditors. You should also understand that the court was going to need to approve any agreement, and an agreement with SOME creditors isn't going to get you that approval.
Is it seriously your contention that everyone else, everyone, was on board with the move to Hamilton and then Bettman unilaterally blocked it?
