Remove the old printer, add a new network printer. Enter in the IP address of the printer. Then when it asks for drivers, click Windows Update instead of Have Disk and try the ones there (may take a few minutes to download them all).

XP Pro. Any idea how to ping the printer on the network to get it's addy?
