Sure, people
could do those things, but they don't. I think that we should increase taxes (as stated and argued about before), but I won't be cutting a cheque for extra. The reality is that this money is provincial surplus money and should be used for the benefit of a lot of the population. Almost no one is going to send that cheque back to the government to build anything or fund anything of consequence.
