Those players are at high value. I know we could pretend that Snow wouldn't mind moving Neiderreiter because he's had a bad season, but he's till only weeks older than Baertschi and has a lot of time to improve his game (And even then, Wang loves him because he keeps the actual payroll down because of sneaky ELC bonus work...about the only reason he was never sent down this year).
Not to mention Neiderreiter has questionable upside (he was the "safe pick", who could be anything from about Nystrom to a better Eric Cole, dependant on how much he improved), while Rattie has massive holes in his game (average speed, not terribly physical, and non-existant in his own end).

I keep hearing how Rattie had serious holes in his game and terrible defensive play, and I understand we want to have the better player of the two, but Rattie is still very good without Sven. He is a very good player, but naturally he is better with another great player. Sven would likely have less points without Rattie too
