That's definitely a valid point. I think that being a male could be an advantage, better muscular definition, lower body fat. As long as the fact that you were a male wasn't disclosed in advance.
The real reason that the company doesn't want transgendered people in the competition is that the audience of beauty pagents wants to decide which contestant they want to sleep with and a large portion of the population doesn't want to find out they were jerking off to a women who used to to be a man.
Does anyone actually watch these things?
