No I think that it's pretty hard to quantify them as 'economic right'. That's how far this left wing ideology has seeped into mainstream throught. Maybe if the Harper government wasn't ousted by the back door trio they could have maintained economic right policies but they certainly didn't once the separatist coalition came in.

And the highest spending provincial government in Canada certainly should not be considered economic right.
