Well, that's an interesting question, isn't it. Is it really necessary that our city sprawls to the point that it does? Is it necessary that the City subsidizes these developments to the point that it does?
IMO it's not all that necessary. And if it's so outlandish that the City spend a paltry sum on a nice bridge in the inner city, maybe the
billions of dollars it spends on sprawling infrastructure is worth a closer look as well.
