Actually if Pylon is still reading this thread i have a question about control numbers, or whatever else they are called.
I can get one through work for Chrysler or Ford (x-plan). Basically I get the number and the dealer shows me the invoice. So, I suspect most salesmen don't like us coming in and basically having them up against a wall on the price. What do you guys think of these programs and what's your advise on using them so as to get a good deal and not be an a-hole.
In case I come into some money and can afford a new car one day, lol, I am stuck in used territory these days!
