Well look, my intent was not to humiliate you, as I think you're a solid poster on this board and contribute to it in a positive way. But you've on multiple occasions made snide comments about people's education, and I guess I just got sick of it.

Like I said before, I don't look down on people who don't have an education, because at the end of the day there are many factors that go into someones life...and even then, a post-secondary degree guarantees nothing. But that doesnt mean I can't respect someone for their education if they do have one. I seriously doubt anyone here voted for Nenshi because he went to Harvard, but I'll be honest with you, it doesn't hurt. Harvard is stupidly hard to get into....you either have to have the right connections, or you have to be one hell of a smart and talented person (and since I haven't heard of any Nenshi named wings at Harvard, I'm guessing he got it on merit).

And hey, if you're going back to school....all the power to you. Once you finish your degree, you'll probably realize why it would irk someone to have it trivialized.

And with that, I make my final post on this website for the for-seeable future, as based on the thanks to that post, I am clearly not high brow enough for this site.
