i have a few that come to mind:
Charles Woodson- he was paid 10.5 million this year, i can see why T.O is choked to "struggle" by on 7 million...
Chump Bailey: A shut down corner who every game i watch gets beat for big plays...
Daunte Culpepper: not totally sure what i think of him, has the physical skills, but without Moss hasnt bee anything special, and he cant hold on to the ball...
