I was a young guy when Chipper was drafted. For as long as I can remember I tried to emulate the way he played. While you Calgarians were pretending to be Al Macinnis , Theo Fluery, or Lanny Macdonald at the local outdoor rink playing shinny.. I was out on a diamond wearing #10 pretending to be Chipper. Chipper is all class and is a first ballot hall of famer for sure. Here is hoping the Braves can find a way to send this ballplayer out on top this year. |
