I'm going to get flamed hard for this, but...

I came into the thread expecting a bunch of British Colombians supporting a ski resort that will destroy a huge amount of wilderness and wildlife as well as traditional Native hunting land. I was right.

They will sell off their forests and mountains at any chance just to create a couple measly jobs. Every time I drive through BC it's just a bunch of clear cuts and strip mines as British Colombians continue to rape their province.

I always can't wait to get out of there and cross the border back into Alberta and see the wind turbines of our vast fields of green energy spread amongst the native fescues.
