I don't want to come off as too cynical but how long do you think it would take us to notice if the MLA's stopped doing anything? I think the government is run by the bureaucrats and things would run pretty smoothly until shortly after the following years budget when program spending doesn't go up.
Are there any decisions that the MLA's will have to make within the first few months of the election that can be screwed up by having inexperienced politicians either voting or delaying the vote?
