Why would victims ever step forward if their complaints are basically going to be marginalized.

Judge - "I get that, but think of the humilliation that he's suffered what with his name inthe paper and on the news, that poor poor man, excuse me, I need a quick recess to dry my eyes, the thought of this poor man being dragged through the cours is terrible.
