Pretty sure this is in violation of the Charter, but who cares the Conservatives have a majority
With the robocall scandal and possible election fraud we cant even say for certain whether this government is legitimate. So my question is how can any laws be passed until this is cleared up? These new laws should be put on hold at least until Elections Canada is finished with the investigation.
