The texture took me a moment to get use to. The gravy was really heavy and rich, but the fries were deliciously soft yet crunchy.
As I have no other poutine to compare it to, I have to say it was "OK."Ringing in at ~$6.50 for a medium fries that two of us shared, it seemed rather expensive.

As far as fast food/mall poutine goes, I rate New York Fries among the best. We are talking about fast food though, so it really only gets so good...
