Sabres win handedly again, 5-2 while clearly outshooting the Jets. Gerber got the day off after shutting out the Jets 6-0 on Wednedsay, Giguere was adequate to give the team a 3 goal win. The usual suspects Prospal, Smolinski and Rolston leading the way for Buffalo.

Interestingly Robert Lang scored a meaningless late goal for Buffalo, Brendan MOrrison did the same for the red hot Rangers as both players played their last game for their old teams.

Rochester also beat Portland badly in both games, shutting them out 9-0 last night.
