I have a pretty strong prescription and I alway go to CostCo to get glasses with high index lenses (I really have a hard time shelling out $700 for a pair at Hakim or whatever, when I get something similar at CostCo for $450).

Is there a huge difference in the high index lenses that CostCo sells vs the high index lenses elsewhere?
