A station's name doesn't often incorporate the name of the community or the biggest nearby landmark. People seem to find their way to McMahon Stadium and Motel Village by making their way to Banff Trail without the station name guiding them. Lion's Park is another one. Victoria, Erlton, etc. I can't imagine that a commuter would stand at the route map downtown unable to get home because they want to go to Tuscany, but the train only goes to Eamon's Camp.
Whenever I travel in other cities, I find out the place I want to go, then the nearest station, and figure it out from there. Rarely do the two match up.
That being said, I don't really care what they call the stations as long as they don't do the stupid hyphenating. I'll take anything over "Tuscany - Rocky Ridge - Royal Oak Station". Luckily they are apparently just going with "Tuscany" which makes sense.
