I'm leery of all polls. I've probably mentioned it before, but I like this website.

They track and combine all polling. Again though, any poll is just one small snapshot in time.
The headline from the Sun is misleading, the Liberals were actually the biggest benefactor of the recent shift not the Wildrose.
