Very excited by this!
I still play the game all the time even though it is inferior in many ways to Civ IV.
I really hope there are a lot of fixes in it. The most annoying thing about Civ V I find is that in later years every civilisation has denounced me or mistrusts me, making it virtually impossible to negotiate research agreements and trade for luxury items, meaning I inevitably end up more backwards and unhappy than the AI civs who still seem to be trading away with each other happily.
It's like the AI gangs up against the human player.
